OUR MISSIONThe mission of Bishop Montgomery High School is to provide quality Catholic education primarily to college bound students of varied academic abilities from the South Bay area.

We serve the needs of the Church and the larger community by providing intellectually mature persons who have learned to integrate world knowledge with Catholic beliefs and values.

Our mission is accomplished through the cooperative efforts of parents, students, and staff by providing a rigorous curriculum and a positive discipline program that challenges all students to reach their potential.

The mission is realized in a community that nourishes the faith life of the parents, students, and staff through prayer, worship, and service to others.

The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, racial or ethnic origin in administration or its education policies, admission policies, scholarships and loan program, and athletic or other school administered programs.

and distinction.

As I write this message to thank you for your many and varied gifts to Bishop Montgomery, I recall St. Luke’s words. “Give, and it

will be given unto you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the

measure you use, it will be measured unto you.” (Luke 6:38)

Your gifts have been and continue to be significant. We are overwhelmed by the generosity of our donors who have given large gifts

and small, money, service, gifts in kind, memorials, and endowments. Such generosity carries with it joyful responsibility, for it is

true that “To those whom much is given, much is also expected.” Be assured that we will continue to answer that call with loving

commitment.

The scholarship programs at BMHS have helped thousands of students with tuition assistance. Creating a named scholarship is one way you can assist students and leave a legacy to BMHS. We have increased our tuition assis-tance program with the hope of allowing every student who wants to attend our school with the opportunity to become a Knight.
