Andi MaulanaFounder, Chief Executive Officer, President of Bisasa Indonesia PT.Executive Director and Member of Bisasa Group Committee.

Mr. Andi, has been in the forefront of Architecture Field for the past 15 years. Started careerin the late 1998’s at BUKAKA, INDOMEGAH and ANGGARA, where he has been the Architectand designing for Commercial Space. In early 2005, he began to founded BISASAis now known as BISASA Group. And then, continued with he’s colleagues; Mr. Andi foundedBISASA INDONESIA PT., in August 8, 2006 exactly.

BISASA INDONESIA PT. provide workplace, commercial space-fitout (design/build) for a varietyof companies in Jakarta and surrounding areas. Up until 2008, when BISASA INDONESIA hadan impact by Corporate Decisions and The Shareholder make large-scale of changes.However, he's the only one who still survives and is remain developing and managingBISASA INDONESIA PT. until now.

Under the leadership of Mr. Andi, BISASA INDONESIA PT. has participated in the planning,building and launch of more than 100 local/multinational company in Indonesia,particularly in Jakarta area. With his new partners, he provide the best innovationsfor sustainability of company in the future.

Mr. Andi and his wife have one son and one daughter,He holds a Degree in Architecture from Borobudur University, Jakarta in 1999.

Candra KurniawanChief Operating Officer, Director of Bisasa Indonesia PT.Executive Director and Member of Bisasa Group Committee.

As a Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Candra is responsible for the strategic andoperational leadership of BISASA INDONESIA PT. wide sales, marketing, public relationsand services organization. He leads a lokal company, including field sales andmarketing professionals who delivered over IDR6 billion in revenue during fiscal 2011.

In 2008, Mr. Candra also lead and spearheaded BISASA INDONESIA PT. entry into the Retail,Banking and Manufacturing business sector. He has global accountability for this newly createdbusiness core. Along with BISASA CEO, Mr. Andi Maulana and other executive directors,he serves and sets the overall strategy and direction for BISASA INDONESIA PT.

Prior to BISASA, Mr. Candra worked nearly 6 years at NITISAN - general contractor,where he started as a Engineer while study in college. In 2002 at the age of 26,upon graduating from college he held various leadership positions including mostrecently as President and Chief Executive Officer of NITISAN.

Mr. Candra graduated in 2002 from Borobudur University, Jakarta, with a Bachelorof Civil Engineering degree, where he was also the Distinguished Alumnus.Mr. Candra lives with his wife and 3 children.

Dwi Djono RahardjoChief Financial Officer, Director of Bisasa Indonesia PT.Executive Director and Member of Bisasa Group Committee.

Mr. Dwi, Since 2008 he has been a Chief Financial Officer of BISASA INDONESIA PT.is responsible for managing the financial operations. These functions includefinancial reporting, billing, client credit and collections, as well as financial analysis(including profitability) of existing and prospective timekeepers, clients and matters.

Moreover, Dwi’s financial expertise and strategic thinking have helped keep BISASAINDONESIA PT. at peak performance. Our clients regularly pick his brainchild abouttheir own businesses, knowledge and experience on his 10 years in construction

Mr. Dwi has been a Finance Director in NITISAN - general contractor since 2002,prior to that he worked as a freelance contractor and estimator for project budgetespecially for civil work, along with Mr. Candra Kurniawan.

He has been active and served in BISASA INDONESIA PT. from 2007 early.In September 2012, Mr. Dwi was appointed as a member of BISASA GroupCommittee.

Insan Firdaus, ST.Chief Creative Officer, Commissioner of Bisasa Indonesia PT.

Executive Director and Member of Bisasa Group Committee.

Early in his career,Mr. Insan distinguished himself by creating 3D model and interior design rendering

for many interior consulting firm and contractor, in around Jakarta.

He soon caught the attention of Mr. Andi Maulana,who hired him in 2007 as creative interior designer for BISASA INDONESIA PT,

where he designed and created more than 500 commercials space;offices, hotels, showrooms and residential property.

Mr. Insan is team player, innovative, self-motivated, able to work under pressureand meet tight deadlines. Because of that, in September 15, 2008;

He promoted and elected to replace the old Commissioner of BISASA INDONESIA PT.Then, automatically joined in the BISASA Group Committee.

He is often taking a humorous yet informative view of office design.You can sample some of his design. One look at Insan's designs for DMarket

DMarket is the leader in IT hosting.But when the time came to host their staff in

a creative new office, they called us.An inspiring place for DMarket,

They wanted an office that would both inspire their employees andreflect what the business stands for. We knew that DMarket call

themselves ‘the online shopping services who can feeljust like shopping at the mall’ and that gave us an idea…

We gave every corner a different theme inspired by the ‘family home’,but with a bit of a twist. The main corner represented a coffee & lounge,complete with its own personalised cafetaria with chairs situated

around a mini bar became a inspired lounge for meetings.

For the company,the building stayed true to their values and the variety in workspace

means they will never lack inspiration.For the energetic and creative staff,

it’s a place they can come to everyday and always feel at home... literally.

Our design team worked to create a brightened reception with high-gloss polyester lacquer and sand-blasted glass. We also worked hardto make clever use of lighting to get the perfect of color. For example,we installed backpanel from the glass in the reception with printingsticker transparan, to give the impression of corporate identity.

And what did their team think of the result? They said the answer

was simple: “They love it!”.

Givaudan is the global leader in the fragrance and flavour industry,offering its products to global, regional and local food, beverage,consumer goods and fragrance companies. The Flavour Divisionhas four business units: Beverages, Dairy, Savoury and Sweet Goods.The Fragrance Division has three business units: Fine Fragrances,Consumer Products and Fragrance Ingredients.

Givaudan is the leading fragrance and flavours. They

develop unique and innovative with ‘Engaging the Senses’.Fortunately, they asked us to fit out new offices. All

our requirements were met. An inspiring place for Givaudan.

Givaudan had a seemingly impossible task - to relocate their main of 80employees to a new office that hadn’t even been designed, (nevermind itted-out), and be all up and running within two short months.Impossible? There’s more. In addition, they were re-layout and willstandardize, resembling the conditions of work like in the MenaraAnugrah Building - The Sales Office.. So, it was critical..

They ask us; How do you design, fit-out, making furniture andrelocate 80 people in just two months?

... Of course we did. By handing the job to us. We relish a good challenge and got cracking straight away.

Givaudan chose us to design & fit out their office because, amongother reasons, we were the only company to propose radicalchanges to their existing space.

The reaction from staff has been extremely positive... The best moment for me was the successful start up on Monday & all operations. Of course, you don’t have to take our word for it."
