Test method ：0.2% Hyaluronic acid Aqueous solution; 0.025% Polyquaternium-51 Aqueous solution; 30 clinical volunteers.

Experimenting Result：0.025% polyquaternium-51 could reduce the rate of trans-epidermal water loss by 13.7%, and improvehydration features by 17.6%, which was significantly better than 0.2% Hyaluronic acid.
