Bio ProductionsBio-Productions have been

producing biological

compounds since 1986, initially

for the treatment of industrial

and agricultural effluents. The

technology was adapted and

the first user friendly, enzyme

based, drain un-blocker was

created. This was marketed by

a leading PLC and successfully

replaced some of the

dangerous caustic and acid-

based products sold into the

domestic market. The company

then began formulating a range

of less hazardous biological

products for use in schools and

institutions where the selection

of safer chemicals is important.

Bio-Productions now

manufacture a range of

environmentally sympathetic

cleaning products for the

professional cleaning industry

and provide safer, viable

solutions to cleaning and

maintenance problems

worldwide.

Stapro and XolaBio-Productions acquired

Stapro in 2000, one of the

country’s foremost

manufacturers of professional

carpet and upholstery cleaning

products. Since that time the

range has been under constant

review to stay in line with both

legislation and technological

developments. The Stapro

range now offers not only the

latest in technology but also the

simplest and most cost-

effective solutions for the

professional cleaning

contractor.

In 2008 Bio-Productions

acquired the Xola range of

high quality professional floor

polishes and finishes. The

inclusion of these products

enables us to offer a complete

package of environmentally

sympathetic professional floor

maintenance products from

our manufacturing facility in

West Sussex.

Citra Clean ConcentrateProbably the only cleaner you will need and one of

the most powerful and versatile cleaners available.

Citra Clean may be used successfully for all types

of janitorial and most industrial cleaning

applications. Undiluted it will remove chewing

gum and tar from carpets as well as grease, ink,

adhesive and sealant from almost any surface.

Powerful enough to strip polish, wax and even

some graffiti from hard surfaces and flooring, yet

diluted it becomes the perfect carpet and

upholstery cleaner. Citra Clean is great on walls,

painted surfaces, concrete and terrazzo. It will

quickly remove sticky finger marks and black shoe

scuffs. Used with a micro-fibre cloth Citra Clean

Concentrate can be diluted over 200.1 to safely

clean hard surfaces such as vehicles, worktops,

floors and display equipment.

For the caterer Citra Clean lifts grease and

carbon from ovens, cleans griddles, BBQs and all

types of ducting and extraction filter equipment. In

the industrial market this remarkable product

removes greasy grime and oil from machinery,

vehicles and work areas, as well as oil and diesel

spillages from drives and floors.

Citra Clean out performs many cleaners

dedicated to marine, agricultural and industrial

applications. It is low-foaming and easily rinsed,

biodegradable, highly dilutable and un-classified

under CHIP and current EEC regulations. Citra

Clean is also ideal for industrial applications

where quick separation of the cleaning solution

from the soiling is important to minimise the risk

of pollution.

CITRUS CLEANERS

Citra Clean DegreaserNaturally extracted orange solvent formulated into a cleaner

that will remove all types of tar, bitumen and adhesive. Ideal for

degrading heavy deposits of mastic, where petroleum solvents

are unsuitable. May also be used to fragrance cleaning

solutions, refuse containers and contaminated standing areas.


Citra Clean EXIndustrial strength citrus cleaning power. EX contains more

orange oil than Citra Clean Concentrate making it ideal for use

where heavy oily soiling or tar is a problem. EX is ideal in

marine or industrial applications as a degreaser on plant and

machinery. EX also removes chewing gum, oil and tar from

concrete and paved areas.


Citra Clean HDHeavy duty cleaning without hot water. This powerful blend of

natural citrus solvents dislodges carbonaceous soiling, aged

oil and grease so it can be rinsed easily from plant and

machinery where hot water or power are not available. The

unique formulation also facilitates the recycling of the cleaning

solution by separating (splitting) the soiling from the cleaning

solution making HD very economical to use. Also removes tar,

some graffiti and chewing gum - baked onto paved areas.

These biological products have been

developed to resolve cleaning and

maintenance problems which just

cannot be addressed with conventional

chemicals, so we have blended many

harmless strains of naturally occurring

bacteria into them to degrade organic

soiling problems quickly and

completely.

Unlike some cure-all products, each of

our biological products has been

created to address a specific problem.

When extra power, or faster results are

necessary we also include enzymes,

providing a simple and cost-effective

solution to long-term cleaning and

maintenance problems,

such as odours from

severely

contaminated floors in

washrooms and toilets,

or mould and moss

growth on absorbent

pathways.

BIOLOGICAL WASHROOM

Bio-BlocksThe original Toss BlocksThese urinal blocks contain special bacterial

cultures that clean and deodorise urinal traps

and pipes while enabling great savings of

water to be made. Whilst we do not advocate

‘waterless’ urinal systems, a typical urinal need

only be flushed about three times each day when

using Bio Blocks.

The two pictures on the opposite page show two

urinal outlets after 6 months use; one using Bio

Blocks and the other no urinal blocks at all.

Bio Blocks do not contain pDCB or other

dangerous, carcinogenic chemicals and are

particularly suitable for use in public buildings,

schools, institutions, hotels, pubs, clubs and

restaurants etc, especially when used in

conjunction with Blu-Away.

Blu-AwaySpecially formulated for use throughout the

washroom to clean and maintain low-volume or

waterless urinal systems. Blu-Away eradicates

odours and staining from urine whilst also

With similar technology to our Micro Clean and

containing billions of specially selected, highly

Royal Flush BiologicalCistern BlockNot to be confused with the decorative ‘blue’

Royal Flush blue cistern blocks deliver both

biological and chemical cleaning agents as well

as a blue colour each time the flush is activated.

The water-softening and sequestering agents

maintain a clean bowl while the biological

cleaning power works in the pipes to prevent any

build-up of solids and continues working in small-

bore, pumped toilet systems and older buildings

Micro CleanThis simple-to-use

biological cleaner contains

many different strains of

specially selected micro-

organisms that produce

enzymes which degrade all

types of organic soiling.

Micro Clean is a biological

stain and odour eradicator,

ideal for use on carpets, upholstery, fabrics and

flooring where soiling such as body fluids and

spilt beverages has been absorbed into the fabric.

Especially useful around urinals, walkways and

areas contaminated with urine, vomit and body

fluids etc. A little Micro Clean will also cure

odours from sink outlets, baths, showers and

including fleas and it does not present a health-

risk to pets or young children who may come into

Superseal FoundationUndercoatA superb very hard wearing undercoat and primer.

Apply two coats of SUPERSEAL emulsion floor

seal to old porous floors to renovate the surface.

SUPERSEAL may also be used on floors in good

condition to enhance the gloss finish and increase

wear properties on heavy traffic areas. Can also

Thermoset Emulsion Floor SealThis hard-wearing seal will withstand heavy traffic

long wear-life. HYFLEX requires no further

protection, is easy to buff and rejuvenate and may

Wood SealA polyurethane emulsion wood seal, formulated

PermasealA colourless fluro-polymer that penetrates and

Solarcare Floor MaintainerCleans, revives and maintains floors to a high

standard whilst providing good wearing

resistance and anti-slip finish without powdering.

Simply use with damp mop, spray cleaning or

automatic machine.


Supercare Floor RestorerContaining high-powered cleaning agents

together with special thermoplastic additives that

ensure good protection while enhancing

SUPERSOLA’s finish. Floors may be buffed with

machines operating between 1500-2500+ rpm

and if maintained properly, further stripping can

be avoided. Can be applied by damp mopping,

spray or automatic scrubbing machine, can also
