A website can appear as each type of “best match” or a normal result depending on the query

We choose which sites become Best Match results based on query volume and how confident we are customers are looking for your site. We will continue to expand the number of sites included.

Search feature uses your site search. Websites that require session id’s, cookies or weird search parameters generally aren’t supported.

You can request an update to the information within your best match card at support.bing.com
