Terms & Conditions :

1.PPC cement of ISI specification shall be arranged by the Contractor as his own cost of approved brand like ACC/Jaypee/Prism/Diamond/Maihar/Birla/Bangur or equivalent.

2.Cement shall be consumed as per consumption statement.

3.Contractor has to make his own arrangement for mixture machine and vibrator for cement concrete work, No. concrete shall be allowed without above equipment.

4.All section of steel i.e. M.S. Angle Iron. Ribbed or steel bars, M.S. Flat, Tee, M.S. round plain bar etc. of standard specification shall be supplied by the contractor for work. He will also submit test certificate along with supply of steel. However, if required, steel shall be got tested again at cost of contractor for which he will make all arrangements. The steel should confirm ISI specification. The weight of all steel section shall be taken as per standard I.S.I. code. Measurement of steel shall be done as per standard sectional weight.

5.The work shall be carried out as per U.P.P.W.D., U.P.P.T.C.L. specifications.

6.No extra payments shall be made for dewatering if required as per site conditions.

7.Sufficient water shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for the completion of the work. If Corporations water is used, water charge @ 1.50% shall be deducted on cement consuming items.

8.Before Unloading any constructional materials at site the same shall have to be first inspected by the Engineer-in-charge/representative. Any sub-standard material found at site shall be got shifted by the Contractor at his own cost.

9.Any item can be deleted or may vary up to any extent subject to + 25% of the total cost of work.

10.10% settlement allowance shall be deducted in earth filling work. No deduction shall be made on confined area such as under floors, under roads, slabs etc.

11.The work can be divided in two or more contractors.

12.In case, if steel is available in departmental store, the same shall be issued to the contractor @ prevailing schedule of rate + 10% of the rate.

13.Contractor shall use his own template. However, if templates are available at Corporation store, the same shall be given to the contractor for use. But contractor shall bear the expenses to & fro cartage of templates from the store of Electricity Civil Transmission Division, at Panki or other places. If the Contractor fails to return the templates within one month after completion of the work, the same shall be recovered from his bills @ Rs. 28.00 per Kg.

14.In case if the quantity is not mentioned in one category of work, the same can be executed by the other category of work.

15.All the drawings related to the work shall be given at site by the Junior Engineer at the time of construction of work.
