•Creative Sparks project – proudly supported by Brisbane City Council and Arts Queensland•Aim is to capture a view of Brisbane from a cyclist’s perspective
COMPONENTS
•Photographs •Video and audio: digital stories (3-4 minute videos) and longer recorded interviews
PHOTOGRAPHS•I will be taking photographs of Brisbane cyclists, bikes, landscapes, built environment, businesses etc.•There will be a running series called “My Bike” – featuring cyclists’ and their bikes, with a brief Q&A
DIGITAL STORIES & ORAL HISTORY
•Short videos created in a workshop environment•Capturing personal stories about cycling in Brisbane•Longer interviews will be conducted on particular topics (eg. city planning)
DELIVERY•All images will be loaded to Biking Brisbane Flickr Collection•All videos will be loaded to Vimeo•All content will also be featured on Biking Brisbane blog
SCHEDULE•Late May : full launch of Biking Brisbane blog•May-September : Take photos, conduct interviews, make stories (load online)•October : Biking Brisbane exhibition
