While focusing our efforts on Montgomery Street, our group wanted to focus on three key locaons. The first locaon was between Broadway and 5th and focused on creang a new 5-story mixed use building that incorporates classrooms, living facilies, and most importantly, the ground floor incorporates a bike parking storage and a bike repair workshop.

Second key locaon is Peygrove Park. 255 Harrison will be remodeled and turn the North poron of the building into new retail space, including restaurant and a bike shop. Inspired by Tom Kundig, all the shops will have doors that open the enre wall that face the park and dissolve the barrier between public and private.

LaLastly, the final locaon is between Naito Parkway and Harbor Drive. Harrison Square will be threaded by the elevated cor-ridor through the 2nd floor. The enre floor will then be turned into retail and eang establishments. A canlevered look-out spot will provide a desnaon along the corridor and a resng place for those wanng to relax and enjoy the view.
