Todd Townsend is an experienced regulatory scientist and pharmacologist with over a decade of direct experience as an academic biomedical researcher, clinical researcher and consultant in the fields of epigenetics, cardiology, immunology, inflammation, oncology and bioinformatics. Todd is currently a Commissioner’s Fellow with the U.S. FDA, where his recent work involves bridging existing resources and developing new technologies to streamline and accelerate numerous aspects of clinical development and safety hazard assessment pipelines.

Francisco “Cisco” Perin is an innovator, entrepreneur, and business strategist with a proven ability to identify technology trends and utilize them to streamline operations for startup ventures, not-for-profits and global corporations. He is a tech leader with a track record in multiple industry sectors including healthcare, finance, pharmaceuticals, and media/publishing. From the onset of his career as a physicist for NASA to his current role as Senior Vice President of Technology and Information Strategy with Health Integrated, he has been advancing businesses by combining his expertise in technology, engineering and operations. He is known for organizing and leading world-class teams capable of delivering innovation and operational excellence.

Patrick Farrell is the Senior Director of Data Analytics at Penn Medicine. Penn Medicine is one of the world’s leading academic medical centers, dedicated to the related missions of medical education, biomedical research, and excellence in patient care. Penn Medicine consists of the Raymond and Ruth Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania (founded in 1765 as the nation’s first medical school) and the University of Pennsylvania Health System, which together form a $5.3 billion enterprise.
