The Show Will Be Closed To General Public & All Spectators. Limited Vendors.

The grounds will be available from Friday, October 1st through Sunday October 3rd .

Social distancing will be required. Do not congregate at the ring or ring gates.

Public chairs will NOT be provided or permitted under the ring tent. There will be no grooming tent.

This is a 'Show and Go' event. ·This event will be closed to the public and all spectators.

All entrants must have their entry confirmation and dog.

'No entry, no confirmation, no dog, no admittance.

All City and State Regulations in effect during these events will be enforced.

While COVID restrictions have been lifted at this time, circumstances may change as the CDC communicates their

recommendations. The potential for a change and anyone that has already entered, judges, and vendors, this is thenotice to any change of restrictions will apply at the time of the event. Judges are to adhere to the applicable state, local,

facility and club guidelines in place at the time the event is held. However, we strongly suggest that if your judge iswearing a mask in the ring, that all entering the ring should also.

Prime Parking/Grooming (Complete form, limited availability)

• Prime parking/Groom allows for closer proximity to the rings while grooming at your vehicle.

Overnight Parking (Complete form, limited availability)

• R V, Motorhomes and oversized vehicles not reserving space arriving on the day of show may have

limited space or availability.

Cooperation with the Club officials, committees, members, site control & parking personnel, including following allinstructions and directions, is mandatory and required. The use of rude, abusive or foul language, arguing and/or not

complying and any objectionable behavior against anyone will be immediately subject to a Bench Show Hearing.THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians' recommendations to assure that dogs are free of internal and external

parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations.
