This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bid Documents and
Specifications dated November 2nd, 2018. Portions of the bid and contract documents not altered by this Addendum
remain in full force.
Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject Bidder
to disqualification.
This Addendum consists of the following:
RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS
1. Spec section 13 34 13 Glazed Structure has a header at the top of each page that says “This section
furnished by owner, installed by contractor”, contained within this section are the alternates for various
portions of the HVAC system. Does the fact that the HVAC alternates are included under the above
described header mean that the HVAC equipment is furnished by the owner?
Response: THE OWNER WILL BE FURNISHING ALL HVAC IN THIS SPEC SECTION ONLY.
2. At the end of Spec section 13 34 13 there are “Owner Furnished – Contractor Installed” cut-sheets that
are not legible, please provide replacements.
Response: PLEASE SEE CUT SHEETS ATTACHED.
3. The orientation of the greenhouse and sheds does not coordinate when comparing Drawing #C-1 with
A1.0.
Response: THE LOCATION OF THE SHEDS AND UTILITIES SHOULD BE REFERENCED FROM THE
C-1 SHEET.
4. Is pre-insulated Type-L or Type-K copper an acceptable alternative to 2” Insulated PEX tubing.
Response: WE ACCEPT THIS ALTERNATE.
