Age groups (i) 5-8 years (ii) 9-12 years (iii) 13-15 years

4. Outdoor Sports

II. Competition’s on 15th November, 2015 (Sunday) 7 pm onwards

5. Boogie Woogie (Single)

Age groups (i) 5-8 years (ii) 9-12 years

(iii) 13-15 years PLEASE NOTE: Prize Distribution shall be held for all competitions after Boogie Woogie. RULES :

Please ensure to give in your name, age and competition desired by 10th November, 2015 in the format available at the club reception counter.

No entries will be entertained after 10th November, 2015. No registration will be entertained over the phone. Please bring proof of age for registration (school ID card or any other supporting

document of age group) Participants will bring their recorded music (ready to play). Maximum 3 minutes for each event. Judges’ decision will be final. Prizes will be awarded to the winner’s. Please bring proof of age for registration (school ID card or any other supporting

document of age group) Lunch will be served to all participants. Snacks will be served to all in the evening.
