corporate employee to book domestic or international hotel(Now cab, train, bus and flights are also merged and only enable on corporate demand).

• Booking rates, flight rates and cab rates are provided by our contracted properties and providers like Ramada, Taj, Expedia and travel port etc.

• Commissions for properties are can only be handled by admin and all reports and dashboards are for admin and manager.

• To communicate with customer email management system is designed.

• Cron job for some services like mail reminder for next day bookings and Info loader for master tables data update and copy.

• Developer.Tools:• JAVA, MySQL, Ajax, JQuery, JavaScript, Web Services, mongodb, elastic searchDbDetails:• This is a web based mail management system, which manages communication

between customer and hotel. It enables the hotel to send acknowledgment to customer for their stay and details regarding booking or any other queries.

• All mails and attachments are first stored in mongo db and then in sql db..• For inter-communication (communication between CSR Hyderabad and CSR

Bangalore) also using EMS.

3. Online Booking Tool (OBT) - CSR GlobalRole:

• Developer.Tools:• JAVA, MySQL, Ajax, JQuery, JavaScript, XML, Web ServicesDetails:• This is a web based system, which provides user to book domestic or international

hotel online. In this tool user has to enter the city in which he/she wants to stay with specific date if any and no of guest and on single search click we are providing the best rates of hotels.

• User can also check near by ATMs, police stations, restaurants and hospitals within 1km radius.

• Cheap rates are provided by our contracted providers like Expedia, Travel port.• To communicate with customer email management system is designed.
