BH launched the double-groove ball bearing automatic assemble lines in Nov 2007 (total 5 lines now)

Capacity – 5 million units/year Clients of Double Groove Ball Bearing

As Steering (pinput) bearing – ACH (5204) As A/C clutch bearing – Delphi (30BD5523), Visteon

(Europe), Chery (35BD5020) As tensioner bearing – Gates (30BD40)

Includes Angular Contact and Deep Groove Raw material control

Steel ball is from Tsubaki Ball Company Cage material is from BASF and DUPONT

Process Control Online monitor and anti-error is applied in bearing

manufacture procedure. Inner diameter, outer diameter, clearance and vibration is

fully inspected online. Key procedure is under Statistic Process Control (SPC),

is used to control manufacture at working scene.
