Hey Everyone!

Welcome to this quick tutorial on using the Beyond the Whiteboard App on your smartphone / tablet

Over the next several slides I will Show you how to do several different things that will help you get started using this App.

But first, let's get you signed up and added to Crossfit Naples’ Gym on Beyond the whiteboard

Step 1

com

Step 2

Click on Member Sign Up

Step 3

Input all info and select a membership of your

choosing

(You will have to put a credit card in to proceed. But don't worry you will never be charged as we will have you placed in

our membership on a later step)

Step 4

Once you've signed up we need to add you to our gym. Hover your mouse over

your profile pic and select “Switch Gyms”

Step 5

Click on “Change you Gym Association and then search and request to be apart

of “CrossFit Naples”

Now you just sit back and wait for us to add you. And in the meantime please take sometime to explore the website and what if offers. Get comfortable with it and

come up with questions to ask Coach Miles

Once your request has been Accepted it's time to start following the WODs that will be posted each week

HOver your mouse over “Explore” and

select “Tracks” to bring you to this page you

see on the right

Step 7

Follow whichever class or program you want to

be apart of

Now you're all done!

Start messing with the program and come up with those questions you may have

Proceed through the slides to learn how to use the Beyond The Whiteboard App. Which first off you need to go to your app store on your phone or tablet and

download the Beyond The Whiteboard App. Just search for Beyond The Whiteboard and you will find it. Download it, its Free.

This is your mobile app home screen

If you scroll down using your fingers you will see

the day’s WODs

If you click this calendar you will be brought to the

calendar screen

Once at this screen you can simply click on any date to either view an

upcoming WOD, or view a previous day's WOD

How to log a WOD from classSelect the WOD you

Want to log

Tap As Prescribed (if done as prescribed)

Tap Save

4Review your WOD score

And your spot on theLeaderboard

You have the ability to log any WOD you wish within your

mobile app

All you need to do do is start by tapping your LOG icon from your toolbar which is on the bottom of

most pages

Once selected you will come to the first step in selecting,

creating, and logging your WOD or Lift

You have two options when Logging a WOD

First

You can build your own WOD

Or

You can find one of many pre-existing WODs

If you choose to create your own WOD and select

a WOD with Multiple Movements in it,

you will have several choices of WOD

structures to choose from

If you want to choose from millions of already tested and fun workouts you can choose Popular Workouts,

where you will be brought to the page on the right

From here you can either browse through all the WODs or you can Filter

them

If you tap “Show Filters” you will come to this screen where you can customize

your search in any way you want!

For Example:

Let's say that I want to find a workout that will help improve or calculate my “Heavy Metcon” level or more importantly my “Fitness Level”. I would simply select

Fitness Level Categories and then select Heavy Metcon. Finally I would select Filter Workouts and a list of all the Heavy Metcons would generate and i

could choose one from there and log it.
