EVENTS - LIVE AND PRE-MATCH

Create live and pre-match bets including singles, doubles, multiples

• Choose from EVENTS menu LIVE or PREMATCH to list the particular event;

• Choose the necessary market price and double click to create a bet;

• Repeat this action if you wish to create a

double and/or multiple;

• Enter amount to create the stake;

• Check the stake and confirm the betBetPOS is a land-based sportsbookshop application

BET SLIP PRINT OUT

Place a bet when all events are added;

Check the bet slip;

Print out bet slip and give to the customer;

Bet slip contains customer bets, date, price, total price, total amount of bet, potential winnings

Print odds; compact and full market versions:

• Choose GROUPS from printing options to be able to pick and choose which competitions and sports you wish to use;

• Choose FULL LINE from printing options to show all markets offered in the system;

• Choose CORRECTIONS from printing options for events of markets that have changed in a selected period of time;

• Log the odds for the next number of hours;

• Choose PRINT menu;

• Choose the sports from the SECTION menu which will printed out by ticking the box;

• Menu PAYMENTS allows you to check the ticket status by entering customer ticket number;

• Menu PAYMENTS allows you to make a payment to customer if ticket wins

Communications with ISG Tech Technical support:

• Communication is available with ISG Tech;

• The menu MESSAGES has predefined messages for communication, these are:

• Another reason;• Delete the card;• Remove the mark of the card being

paid out;• Set a mark of card being paid out;• Questions about card settlement and

event results;• Cancel card loss

• Choose the necessary template, fill all fields and press SEND;


• DELETE THE CARD – in case the placed bet ticket is declined, so the bet is canceled;

• REMOVE THE MARK OF THE CARD BEING PAID OUT – if it is required to cancel the pay out or the bet because it was paid out by mistake;

• SET THE MARK OF THE MARK BEING PAID OUT – this is a bet that has been paid out but needs to be logged.

• QUESTIONS ABOUT CARD SETTLEMENT AND EVENT RESULTS – for questions about the bet ticket settlement and event

results that have any arguable or problematic points;

• CANCEL CARD LOSS – when it is necessary to remove the mark from the bet ticket loss, if the bet ticket was found or it was marked as lost by mistake;

• ANOTHER REASON – other questions that don’t match to the existing templates

• Logs – logs to ISG Tech 24/7 Technical support

Application settings – slip printer setup:

• Choose menu PRINT;

• Tick for TICKET PREVIEW to take a look at slip before printing;

• Choose PRINTER FOR TICKETS and make sure that your printer is installed on your machine with the correct printer drivers

• Tick for NARROW PRINT if slip printer is narrow printer;

• Choose the number of copies for slips;

• Tick for ROLL printer if slip printers use roll paper;

• SAVE the PRINT configuration
