Betnovate CreamOverdosagePercutaneous absorption ofcorticosteroids can occur when largeamounts of corticosteroids are applied orwhen occlusive dressings are used. Toxic effects may include ecchymosis,peptic ulceration, hypertension, delayedwound healing, decreased resistance toinfection, hirsutism, acne, oedema andmuscle weakness.
