Users can print safely on the output device of their choice with this software, which helps to reduce print volumes and costs while increasing printing flexibility and document security.

Instead of being printed immediately, jobs are initially directed to the Personal Print application and stored in a temporary folder. Users can call up their collected print jobs on the panel of any bEST Personal Print-enabled system and select, release and print the job or jobs directly at the device.

Deployed in next to no time, bEST Personal Print quickly enables centralised print management for up to 20 OpenAPI-capable output systems. Devices are centrally obtained and registered, and with a few clicks integrated into bEST Personal Print´s secure print workflows.

– Secure print release: Print jobs are only released after authentication by the job owner at the output device (via PIN code, card, user credentials). In conjunction with the corporate Windows Active Directory server, user authentication helps avoid unnecessary printing as well as leaving confidential prints unattended in output trays, where they can easily get into the wrong hands.

– Printing anywhere: High printing mobility is ensured by letting users print on an Open API-capable system anywhere and at any time. The ability to select any con-nected device for on-demand print release gives users extensive printing flexibility and offers output alternatives if one device is busy when needed.

– Print preview: This functionality provides a preview of the first document page on the device panel before printing is started. In the display, one or more print jobs can conveniently be selected for printing.
