I am often left in awe at the difference between bottles that have had extended cellaring where they were made and bottled; and the same wines matured elsewhere. Cellaring conditions alone make for a massive difference; but think for a moment that these wines above have, until recently, NEVER been moved since the day they were bottled! Wine lovers purchasing these 18 and 16 yo wines also have the benefit of the levels and condition of the bottles being checked before dispatch.

Both wines are drinking beautifully as you would expect of 100% Great Western cabernets produced from low yields and having fleshy richness built around a core of strength, “cool-climate” acidity, and concentration. Cheers, Randall
