Born in 1979 in Normandy, France, The difference between Réhahn‘s photos from other portrait photographers is the random and natural moment, of which, he captures when spending his time to interact with the models. Réhahn’s photos leave viewers to imagine the story behind each moment because he wants viewers to discover for themselves the beauty of the photos.

In 2007, during his first trip to Vietnam, with a French NGO, he stars to explore the country and its different culure through his lens, collecting more than 50,000 photos. In 2011, he finally decided to settle down in the small town of Hoi An.

Réhahn was listed at the 4th place in the top 10 best travel photographers on boredpanda.com in December 2014, along with renowned photographers.

On 15 January 2014, Réhahn has released his first book, Vietnam, Mosaic of Contrasts, with 150 photos.-- Wikipadia

出生於 1979 年，來自法國諾曼底的攝影師 Réhahn 擅於捕捉一種“語言”，他旅行到世界各地，拍攝人們的眼睛，將這些真摯的眼神凝固於底片，試圖用眼睛去為我們講述一個又一個故事。在看這些照片時，旁白評述是多餘的。你只需要與照片中的人物對視幾秒，似乎就可以感受到人物生活中遇到的周遭。不論是痛苦，還是歡樂，他們是絕對真實的。

2014 年 12 月 boredpanda.com 上的十大最佳旅遊攝影師， Réhahn 被列在第 4 位。

很多人都評價說， Réhahn 作品極具特殊魅力。因為他並不是去單純捕捉物體光與影的外在，而是在為我們展示人物的靈魂。評論家無法用言語去評述他的作品，這些人像中蘊含的情感只有觀眾自己才能體悟到。

Hidden Smile in Vietnam

Réhahn 花了七年騎著摩托車騎騙了整個越南，拍下了越南人的微笑，也捕抓到了這個最快樂的國度裡，人們幸福微笑的底下藏的可愛的秘密。他發現原來越南人在笑的時候會用手摀住嘴巴，不只是在鏡頭前會害羞，這個動作也是做為謙虛與禮貌的表徵。不過儘管摀住嘴巴，他人仍然捕捉到了當他們微笑時，牽動整張臉的美麗，因此我們可以看見他的專注，以及照片裡的人愉快情緒帶起的幸福神情，還有臉部愉悅的線條。

Réhahn, a French photographer, showcases some beautiful portraits of stolen smiles in

his new series. Revealing the intense joy of the Vietnamese people despite age or

poverty, Réhahn’s photographs, taken across the south-east Asian country, prove that

Vietnam is aptly known as the happiest country in the world. Although his sitters’ hands

hide their smiles, the joy in their eyes speaks volumes. Réhahn hopes that the

heartwarming pictures will inspire happiness in others.
