Congratulations for taking one important step towards more love and happiness in your life by committing to become self aware and more loving of yourself!
As you progress through this, not only do you impact your life, but you will also impact the lives of the people you encounter. You become a source of light instead of darkness.
The more regularly you use this journal, the quicker and more solid the transformation will be; Very soon, your internal dialogue will be transformed and you will have anchored a more loving conversation with your heart.
We cannot look for others to take better care of us than we are willing to take care of ourselves, can we? It is childish to expect the world to drop everything for us when we are not willing to do it for ourselves.

● The way to reach fulfillment and happiness in life is to experience love in your heart - love yourself and love of others.
● I am often asked “How do I love myself?”. The answer is easy: LISTEN and ACT on your heart’s desires.
● Your heart is constantly whispering two things that you must LISTEN to: o First: You are worthy of love. o Second: Your dreams and aspirations
● Then your heart is most fulfilled when you ACT on those two things. Each time you do, you increase your sense of happiness.
