Pitt Means, Managing Director. Pitt’s background includes both operational and transactional experience across the technology, consumer, financial services and industrial sectors. At BPCA, Pitt is focused on business development and deal execution. Pitt has passed the FINRA Series 7, 66 and 79 licensing exams.

Gregory Noone, Managing Director. Gregory’s expertise includes legal and compliance duties and deal execution – from the marketing process through the closing of a transaction. Gregory is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and has passed the FINRA Series 24, 63, 79, 82 and 99 licensing exams.

Gregory S. Porter, CPA, MBA, MS (Tax), CVA, MAFF. Greg co-founded Berntson Porter & Company and is the Chair of its consulting departments as well as President of Berntson Porter Wealth Management, LLC. In addition to Greg’s tax and consulting work, he is well known for his work in the Forensic, Economic and Valuation Services Group as an expert witness and Special Master to the court.

Robert Berntson, CPA. Bob co-founded Berntson Porter & Company and is its CEO. Bob has more than 30 years of experience helping clients identify, clarify and achieve their organizational and personal goals. Under his management, Berntson Porter has become a recognized leader in tax, accounting, and a wide variety of consulting services.

Michael Matysik, Principal of BPCA. Mike has over 30 years of experience as a senior business executive, business founder and entrepreneur. Working for and advising companies ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar firms, Mike offers a breadth of operating and transaction experience.
