BERNALILLO COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE SHERIFF MANUEL GONZALES III FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE June 15, 2020 CONTACT: Deputy Joseph Montiel MAIN: 505-468-7378 EMAIL: [email protected] Bernalillo County Community Action Team Detectives Arrest Three Wanted Individuals Based Off Anonymous Tips From Community Albuquerque, NM- On May 30th, 2020 after fielding several anonymous tips from community members on suspected criminal activity in the North Valley area, Community Action Detectives (CAT) conducted a Tac-Plan in the area of 4th Street and Alameda Blvd. Angel Herrera, Christopher Fuentes, and Terry Eatherton were located and arrested for felony warrants based on these tips given by concerned citizens. Bernalillo County Zoning was contacted regarding issues observed at a known nuisance property identified during the Tac-Plan. All three suspects were arrested on outstanding warrants for crimes that included Trafficking Narcotics, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Shoplifting, Conspiracy, and Probation Violations. “We continue to work closely with the community to hold repeat offenders accountable,” said Sheriff Manuel Gonzales III. “Strengthening and growing community relationships is key keeping our children, families, and businesses safe.” ###
