As we all know, the entire world is fightingagainst the corona virus and hoping to getover this pandemic soon. During the lock-

down we are all staying home trying to break thechain of the virus so our nation recovers from thissoon. I heard prime minister Narendra Modi ap-pealing to the nation to donate to the PM relief fund.I also saw a few videos of some corona patientsfrom around the world sharing their experiencesand talking about the facilities given to them. I wastouched the most when I saw videos of labourerswalking hundreds of miles carrying their childrento get home so they don't starve in large cities with-out jobs and money. That's the time the motto ofmy school "service before self" helped me to decideto donate all my savings and pocket money to thePM relief fund. The government is using this fundto provide medical facilities and to distribute foodamong the poor. My mother appreciated my ideaand helped me to donate the money.

I want to spread the word among students acrossBangalore and India to come forward and do theirbit. I want to take this initiative forwardbecause we need to remember that thisfight is not only againstthe virus but againsthunger too. We all need tocome together to fightthis virus unitedly.

Since my metriculation examgot over before the lockdownI have had time to reflect on
