Organizational AssessmentEmployers are eligible for a free assessment of their worksite. The assessment will address change readiness, environmental barriers, improvement opportunities, and policy approaches to improve employee wellness. An assessment summary and incentive are provided after completion.

2. Technical Assistance We’re here to help! A partnership of local agencies is available to assist employers every step of the way. Employers are supported in implementing wellnessimprovements within their worksite. Technical assistance and guidance is provided FREE of charge. 3. Worksite Wellness – It’s that importantCreating healthy worksites in Steuben County is a collaborative initiative designed to help employers and employees improve and maintain health inside and outside of the worksite. We can provide free resources to employers that assist with improving employee morale, reducing absenteeism, and improving health outcomes.
