Access Havas Dayforce HCM by:

1. Going to www.dayforcehcm.com2. Entering your User Name and Password (User

name:First name.Lastname / Password birthyear + Login)

3. Clicking Login to Access Dayforce HCM4. Login Credentials:

Once you are logged in, the Home Page will be displayed (depending on your access, your home page may look different)

Access to Dayforce HCM means information is available to you 24/7.

With your access, you will be able to find information under:

Under Forms, you will be able to add or make changes to specific information:

Feature Description

Earnings You will see your pay information, pay history, direct deposit details, federal and state withholding information

Benefits You will see your enrollments and how to add life events

Profile You will see personal and professional information such as: name, address, emergency contacts, key employment dates

Your Benefits

On Benefits, you can access the active enrollments for which you are eligible, as well as review your current and past benefit summaries, and maintain and submit benefits related forms.

There are several sections on Benefits, which can be accessed from the Overview tab:

Your Enrollment

The Overview tab displays a list of any enrollments currently available to you on the Enrollments Section.

To select an enrollment, click on it in the list:

Navigate Your Enrollment

Benefit enrollments are guided processes that take you through the steps of electing options.

To  Navigate  between  sec0ons,  forms  and  op0ons,  use  the  Next  and  Back  bu9ons.  

Record your Dependents and Beneficiaries

If you have any dependents, even though you are not planning to enroll them in health benefits, you must add them here. Example, If your spouse is covered elsewhere for medical, dental and vision, but you want to cover them for spouse life insurance, you have to add them in this screen. If not, spouse life will not be visible during your new hire enrollment.

Select Options

You elect an option, or option set, under each of the selections you’re eligible for:

View Your Confirmation

The Confirmation section displays all of the options you have selected, and information on your costs, dependents, and beneficiaries. To submit your enrollment, click the Submit Enrollment button.

View Your Summary

The Summary section is displayed after you have submitted your enrollment, and lists your selected options, costs, and dependent and beneficiary information as submitted. Click Return to Benefits when your enrollment is complete.
