Here are the steps: ◦ 1. Take a picture of the back of the card – Send to Nationwide Customer

Service.◦ 2. Swipe card through WORD – to see what is encoded on magstripe.- Send to

Nationwide Customer Service. ◦ 3. Nationwide Customer Service will respond to let you know if cards can be

imported / swiped.◦ 4. Once we know cards and numbers can be imported – please get an excel file

from the merchant’s current provider – that shows active cards and balances and any unused cards.

◦ 5. Those card numbers will be loaded into the processing system and will work.◦ 6. This is a great Sales tool that allows you to become their processing partner.

Loyalty is an additional sale that will add no additional cost to you but can be sold for additional processing revenue.

Loyalty also allows you to sell more cards to the merchant. Phone numbers can be assigned to cards so that the

customer can use their phone number as their account number.

Loyalty helps the merchant know who their best customers are and shows them their buying habits.

It is very difficult to change a loyalty program as it affects the customer experience.

Points for Prize – one point is one dollar. At a specified level of points – the points are converted to a reward - $. Example is at 100 points – the customer gets a $5.00 reward. –This is a rebate program that allows the merchant to reward its best customers. The reward - $5.00 – can only be used at the merchants location.

Percentage Cash Back – the cardholder is given a percentage of their purchases as a cash back reward onto their card. The merchant determines the percentage back.

Example – Every purchase with a loyalty card gets 3% back.

All cards can be customized using the merchants own graphics. Simply provide Nationwide Customer Service with the customers artwork and ideas and we will design a card for you to present to the merchant. Cards are not printed until the customer is happy with the design.

Custom cards can be printed and shipped in 10-15 business days.

Cards can also be rushed in 5-7 business days if needed.
