Conclusions
• 1. Still hard to get reliable data. Keep the required data set as limited as possible
• 2. Very few examples of learning from best practices
• 3. Benchmarking is essential for identifying strong and weak point. Library highly appreciate visual presentations
• 4. Benchmarking is essential for analyzing trends. Mere statistics would suffice.
