Look at your office the way a new patient will see it, from the parking lot to the chair across from you in the exam room. Ask a friend or colleague with fresh eyes to rate your office experience on the following criteria:

• Do your outside facilities deliver a professional, welcoming feel?

• Does your reception area offer instant brand recognition?
