The picture above was taken in October 2012 during WMU Homecoming week and this was the first time I stepped foot in Bella
Patina. Sadly, this month my internship comes to an end. I have begun
to reflect on my time at Bella Patina and I am just so grateful.
I have learned so much and I figured that was the only purpose of an internship.
However, I was sadly mistaken. Things my internship has given me: 1. A fiance, I was proposed to in the shop
on December 29th. 2. A love for local businesses, I'm naturally a
big city girl and this was the most humbling experience.
3. Two wonderful mentors/close friends. I
Do you have pictures that feature our prop rentals or
purchased pieces & would like to be added to our
Facebook album of professional photos?
We would be delighted & honored to include your work!

owe Bridget and Michelle so much and am so grateful to have met them at such
a pivotal time in my young adult life. They have shown me how to overcome adversity and pursue your passions.
When you graduate college there is so much pressure
to make money, use your degree and of course, payback student loans.
The lovely ladies of Bella Patina have shown me that there is more to my adult life than I had foreseen.
Thank you Bridget and Michelle, you've made my senior year of college so wonderful and I will forever be grateful for all you have
done for me.
