Initial logon steps to access Bharat Electronics Ltd SRM portal Go to http://webportal.bel.co.in/ and click Login and follow the below steps
Enter the user name (vendor code) and password (init123)
System prompts for password change. Enter init123 as old password and enter new password of your choice
Click CHANGE
The initial screen looks like this. Click on RFx and Auctions tab
Enter init123 as the current password. New password will be same as what you entered of your choice initially.
Click CHANGE
Click CONTINUE
The RFx and Auctions screen looks like this. Now click on Supplier Self Services tab
Enter init123 as the current password. New password will be same as what you entered of your choice initially.
Click CHANGE
Click CONTINUE
The Supplier Self Services screen looks like this. Now click on 'RFx and Auction' tab
Goto RFx and Auction tab, click on the bid number.
New window opens. Go to 'Note and Attachments' tab, click 'collaboration' link
New window opens. Enter init123 as the current password. New password will be same as what you entered of your choice initially.
Click CHANGE
Click 'CONTINUE'
Click ACCEPT
Collaboration window opens. Close the window
Close all the new opened windows and logoff
