M.O.R.E. Details0At East, we are using it to help our “at-risk” kids who have

not been identified as having a disability, but are not succeeding in reading.

0 It’s school wide – the intervention follows the child as needed while at East.

0 It’s a win-win for the child and the volunteer.

M.O.R.E. Details at East

0Our Dean of Students and Guidance Counselor started Project M.O.R.E. at East in the spring of 2011 with a few students.

0 It proved to be successful, so it was expanded in 2011-2012. We began the year with 12 kids and ended with 24.

0We will begin this year with 29 students!
