What makes a good planner and researcher

This was a good post in terms of research, as it was a very detailed post into the analysis of the film opening sequence. It holds strong terminology, and it gives us practise with recognising certain shot types and edit its, which we could then transfer to our production.

This was a good post in the sense that we went to the location, as we mentioned it was owned by a private owner. We went to recce the location which is a good practise for planning as we made sure that it was suitable for our production. However we lacked in our range of locations, which in the respect of being a good planner, is bad. As we did not explore fully, our options available which we could have done better.

This post is a bad planning post as even though it shows how we are planning on using the space which we have, it does not mention the fact that these shots may change, and we allow no room for these changes to be made, and to be a good research and planner you have to allow for change and what is best at the time.

This is a good planning post as it shows our poster and magazine print drafts, but it also shows 3 of each. This means that we have given ourselves lee-way as to which we feel, and which the public feels is the best. This gives us the traits of a good planner as we are allowing for opinion to make the decisions of which ideas are best rather than just choosing ourselves.
