Newly eligible client enrollment appears to have stabilized. Many of those who are newly eligible will present the first month as Fee-for-Service (FFS) then move to Managed Care Medicaid the following month. It is

expected that the number of Managed Care Medicaid clients will decline as we transition them to the managed care network and their community providers.
