Perfect with salads, pasta, chicken and fish. 2009 Wildfire Chardonnay $7/$28 Morgan Hill, CA. Tropical fruit aromas and ripe varietal flavors balanced by crisp acidity. Pairs well with our bacon wrapped shrimp, chicken, or mussels. 2009 Martin Codax Albariño $7/$28 Rias Baixas, Spain. Citrus Fruit, pear, peach. Pairs nicely with Seafood, chicken, pork and salads. Staff favorite. 2008 High Def Riesling $7/$28 Mosel, Germany. Clean rich fruit, semi-sweet. Unoaked. Pairs well with the roasted chicken salad or fresh catch of the day.

Reds 2007 Finca El Reposo Cabernet Sauvignon $7/$28 Mendoza, Chile. Notes of cassis, dark fruits and pepper. Pairs well with the Butcher’s Secret Steak & the Steak Tender salad. 2008 Mano a Mano Tempranillo $7/$28 Spain. Organic, light cherry notes. Fruit forward with some hints of spices. Pair with bacon wrapped dates, Pork dishes and steaks. 2009 Tati Barbera $7/$28 Piemonte, Italy. Lovely bouquet of black cherries And a bit of spice. It has few tannins and a medium finish. Pairs nicely with medium to strong cheeses, barbecue and red meat. 2009 Leese-Fitch Merlot $7/$28 NE Monterey County, CA. Hints of strawberry shortcake, plums, orange, cherries and clove spice . Burgers and roasted chicken pair well. 2008 San Lorenzo Montepulciano $7/$28 Abruzzo, Italy. Dry, with notes of cherry and oak, and some blackberry. Pairs nicely with the simply steak, meatloaf, and the roasted pork. 2009 Juan Benegas Malbec $8/$32 Mendoza, Argentina. Flavors of crushed black raspberries, blue berries, subtle spice and a touch of sandalwood. Pair with bacon wrapped shrimp and pork . 2009 Bulletin Shiraz $8/$32 South Australia, Bright youthful purples and dark red. Mixed berries with peppery, spicy overtones. Very sweet fruit with fine grained tannins persistent; excellent fleshy middle palate and a long soft finish 2008 Mark West Pinot Noir $9/$34 California. Fruity, hints of strawberries and vanilla. Best paired with the Roasted Pork or the Roasted Chicken.

Whites 2009 Domaine de la Pouche Sauvignon Blanc $25 Gascony, France. Bright citrus flavors, grapefruit, round finish. Goes well with Grilled Romaine Salad, Veggie Penne, Mussels.

2008 Yalumba Y series Pinot Grigio $28 Pear, orange blossom and jasmine. Best with roasted chicken, pork or catch of the day.

2009 Kellerei Kaltern Pinot Grigio $26 Alto Adige, Italy. The Pinot grigio is a full-bodied white wine with a straw-yellow hue, a floral nose, and pleasantly smooth character. With a little aging, undertones of nuts and honey develop.

2007 Golden Kaan Chenin Blanc $30 Paari, S. Africa-Ripe melon, caramel, oaky vanilla. Pairs well with chicken and smoked foods.

2009 Josef Bauer Riesling $33 Hengstberg, Austria. Lime and citrus notes with a touch of sweetness. Pairs well with any fresh fish and our chicken dishes.

2009 Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc $35 Marlborough, New Zealand. Citrus and grapefruit. Pairs nicely with roasted chicken, fresh seafood, and the veggie penne. 2007 Armen Chardonnay $32 Aromas of pineapple, peach and coconut. Lightly oaked, adding notes of vanilla and butterscotch. Pairs well with pork, roasted chicken, or almond stuffed dates.

2009 Vasse Felix Chardonnay $45 A complex, softly textured Chardonnay through the selection of premium parcels of fruit and partial wild yeast fermentation in French Oak barriques. Goes great with scallops or seafood.

2007 Pinon Vouvray $48 Vernou-sur-Brenne France. Organic. Ginger, mineral, quince and persimmon notes lengthy finish. 90 Points Wine Spectator. Nice with fresh seafood or chicken.

2008 Broglia Gavi di Gavi $48 Gavi, Italy. Fine and delicate, hints of anise and flowers. Dry taste, with a great finish. Perfect with fish.

2009 Patricia Green Sauvignon Blanc $60 Beautiful citrus notes, especially lime and grapefruit, with a finish of honeysuckle and pear. Pairs beautifully with fresh seafood and Veggie Penne.

Reds

2009 Tilia Malbec/Shiraz $25 Mendoza, Argentina. Black fruit aromas, light earthy notes, touch of coffee and chocolate. Pairs well with pork, steak, and barbeque.

2008 Cennatoio Innominato $30 Tuscany, Italy. 70% Sangiovese, and 15% each Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, medium bodied with hints of cherry jam and dark currents. Delicious with the Shoulder Tender, Meatloaf, Pork, or Lasagna

2009 Santa Barbara ZCS $30 Blended with 50 yr. vine Zinfandel (60%) Carignane (24%) and Sangiovese

(16%). Cherry, jammy fruit qualities, black currant. Very versatile, pairs with steak, chicken, pork, shrimp.

2008 “901” Cabernet Sauvignon $30 Mendocino, CA. Medium full bodied, black current and

raspberry. Pairs well with Steaks, Pork and Meatloaf. 2007 Hope Estates “The Ripper” Shiraz $33 Western Australia- Deep plum in color and flavor. White chocolate, pepper

and spice undertones. Duck reuben, steak, and pork dishes. 2007 Wakefield Shiraz $38 Clare Valley, Australia. Ripe berry, spice, plum and coffee notes. Excellent with steak, duck, and BBQ.

2008 McMurray Ranch Pinot Noir $38 Sonoma Coast, CA. Cherry, strawberry, sweet vanilla. Nice with grilled fish, Roasted chicken, or Pork. 2007 Independent Producers Merlot $38 Benton City, WA. Notes of raspberry, blackberry tart, and earth. Very versatile. Stands up well with the roasted chicken as well as steak and meatloaf.

2009 Foxglove Zinfandel $38 San Miguel, CA. Deep plum and blackberry fruit and spice tones. Pairs with steaks , heavily sauced dishes, and roasted pork.

2009 Saintsbury Garnet Pinot Noir $42 Carneros, Napa Valley. Lighter style pinot noir, full of cherry and raspberry, slight hints of oak. Pairs nicely with bacon wrapped shrimp, pork, and duck.

2006 Reserve Lava Cap Cabernet Sauvignon $45 El Dorado, CA. Soft tannins and rich aromas. Tobacco, leather, blackberry, mint and anise. Very nice with steak, mushrooms, and pork.

2007 Reserve Lava Cap Zinfandel $45 El Dorado, CA. Full bodied. Strong notes of berry and spices, as well as hints of pepper and chocolate. Pairs well with heavily sauced dishes and red meats.

2007 Retromarcia Chianti Classico $45 Panzano in Chianti. Beautifully delicate red cherry, dry, but medium bodied. Would pair nicely with any red meat, but would not overpower pork or roasted chicken. Staff favorite.

2007 Argiano Super Tuscan $60 Montalcino. Italy. Blend of Cabernet (40%), and Merlot, Syrah, and Sangiovese (20% each). Offers an interesting combination of currant and raspberry on the nose. Full-bodied, with chewy tannins and a spicy dried fruit aftertaste. 91 Points-Wine Spectator. Nice with meatloaf, steak, or duck.

2005 Sanctuary Cabernet $65 Rutherford, CA. Complex and rich, with a wealth of black currant, blackberry and cedar flavors wrapped into softly firm tannins. A nice accompaniment to steak or pork.

2009 Meiomi Belle Glos Pinot Noir $65 Rutherford, CA. Black tea, black cherry and licorice on the nose with flavors of tea, ripe cherry, cola and black licorice on the medium-long finish. Pairs nicely with roasted chicken, pork, bacon wrapped shrimp.

2007 Rodney Strong Symmetry Meritage $65 Alexander Valley, CA. Blend of Cabernet (75%), Merlot (15%), Cabernet Franc (5%), Petit Verdot (4%), and Malbec (3%) Notes of blackberry, dark plum, sweet spices, and a hint of chocolate. Goes well with steaks, pork and heavily sauced dishes.

2004 Cennatoio Chianti Classico Riserva O’Leandro $68 Tuscany, Italy. Very good vintage in Chianti, and the wine is drinking beautifully now. Notes of blackberry, cinnamon, cocoa and tobacco. Pairs well with Steak or Pork .
