• Pull the mobile site up on your Smartphone (or have the client pull it up on theirs)

• Use a radius search to pull up the properties in their area by going to “For Sale” -> “For Sale Nearby”

• Try this out beforehand to make sure it works. You may need to step outside to get a good GPS lock.

• Join.Me – Free, allows someone to view whatever is on your screen. Great for showing your Listing Presentation PPT as well as demoing websites and other items.

• Both work with iPad.
