Divan height is from bottom edge to top edge. “Doming” effect of upholstery fillings will add approximately 4cm to the height if measured at the centre. Shepherd castors will add 7cm or locking castors will add 8.5cm to the height from the floor to the bottom edge of the divan. 1/ The Vispring Comfort Promise

if you decide that you have made the wrong choice of the mattress spring tension,

you may apply to make a one-time exchange of your mattress for one of a different

spring tension. Terms and conditions apply.

2/ Warranty

Vispring lifetime Guarantee

To demonstrate the high standard of craftsmanship, Vispring limited hereby grants a

Guarantee of Quality valid for the lifetime of your bed. Should there be any defect due

to faulty materials or workmanship in your bed, Vispring limited will make this good

without charge (except for any duties, importation costs, shipping and handling costs

that may be incurred), subject to the terms of this lifetime Guarantee.

• This lifetime Guarantee is only for the benefit of the original purchaser of the bed,

where the purchase was made from an authorized retailer in the owners country of

origin. The purchaser must have attended an authorised retailer’s premise to try

the product, obtain professional advice in regards to the purchase of the product,

purchased from the same retailer to which the product was tested and can provide

proof of purchase.

• Where a bed frame, base or foundation not supplied by Vispring is being used, the

bed frame must be of an appropriate quality of construction compatible with Vispring

standards. in the case of foundations or slatted bases, a Bedstead mattress pad must

be placed between the Vispring mattress and the foundation or slats. in the case

of a slat system, the gap between the slats must not exceed 2.5 inches and the slat

width cannot be less than 3 inches. Failure to comply with any of these requirements

will render this Guarantee invalid.

What is excluded under this warranty?

• Damage due to misuse, wilful damage, accidental damage (including repairs or

alterations made by anyone other than Vispring or Vispring approved consultants),

neglect or general wear and tear. non maintained units (turning and rotating), body

signatures or fill compression of less than the tuft height of the mattress. Weakening

of the coil system due to the user being of larger height and weight than what is

recommended for the purchased spring tension.

• Damage due to soiled or unsanitary conditions.

Please do not:

• remove the labels attached to your mattress, as they identify your mattress as a

Vispring mattress and help to establish your rights under this guarantee.

• Smoke in bed or place product near an open flame. Vispring is not liable for incidental

or consequential damages that result from the normal use of the bed. All other

warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, are

hereby excluded.

This guarantee is a buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy.

Making a claim under this lifetime Guarantee:

To make a claim, please contact the authorized Vispring retailer from whom the bed was

purchased. The claim must be in writing and within one (1) month of the imperfection

becoming apparent, and presented with the proof of purchase. replacements, where

necessary, will be supplied in the same model, size and mattress ticking (fabric) as the

original purchase. Where stock is exhausted, Vispring reserves the right to replace in

an alternative model and mattress ticking. This guarantee does not extend to cover

normal wear and tear or misuse.

Skirts provide a clean tailored finish to the divan. They are fitted as standard on the Viceroy, Statesman and President divan range, and are offered as an option on the other divans (subject to a supplementary charge). Skirts cannot be fitted to drawer divans.

Vispring recommends the use of a mattress protector to keep your mattress in beautiful condition. The quilted mattress protector is made from softly quilted cotton percale with a pure new wool filling. Available in all standard sizes, and made to order for non-standard sizes.The Deluxe mattress protector is also available, made as above but with a traditional elasticized skirt.

The Vispring Bedstead mattress pad provides protection between your Vispring mattress and the base of your bedstead, extending the life of your mattress and enhancing comfort. To ensure maximum comfort, we recommend that bedstead slats should be no more than 8cm apart.

Vispring has a collection of supportive pillows, available in Standard (75x50cm), king Size (90x50cm) and Square (65x65cm) sizes. Choose from Goose Feather and Down, Pyrenean Duck Down and Hungarian Goose Down. Every pillow is covered in high thread count Jacquard cotton.For the ultimate in comfort, Vispring also offers a specific range of products, made in Switzerland from the finest natural materials: Handmade Eider Pillow Soft Plus, Handmade Down Pillow, Down Pillow and Down Pillow Soft Plus.

Vispring zip & link beds allow you to convert two single beds into one generously wide super king size bed, with the flexibility to separate them easily if you wish. The divan bases are linked head and foot and the mattresses zipped together along their full length.

3 luxurious duvets complement Vispring’s range of accessories: Handmade Eiderdown Duvet, Handmade Down Duvet and Down Duvet. The synthesis of a fine covering material combined with an exquisite filling result in an incomparably soft and cosy product. They are suitable for low, normal and high warmth requirements.

The mantle is an elegant way of concealing the gap between the two bases. it is standard on all Super king Sovereign divans, including zip & link beds, and is offered as an option on other sizes of Sovereign divans (subject to a supplementary charge). Mantles are not available on drawer divans or where legs l3 and l5 are specified.
