THE GOURMANDISE SCHOOL MISSION We are dedicated to expanding the consumer’s view of the craft of cooking and baking. Our staff of expert chefs teach classic techniques in a nurturing environment while showcasing locally sourced ingredients. We are a trusted source for learning about where food comes from and support local farmers and movements that create a more sustainable food system.
Who We Are• Resource for chefs and farmers to come together to mill heirloom grains, and
use that flour in their restaurants – a true Farm to Table experience.
• Opened 2011 at newly remodeled Santa Monica Place Shopping Center on the 3rd floor Dining Deck.
• Teach 2-3 cooking and baking classes per day to all levels of experience, 7 days a week with a staff of 8 expert instructors in their respective fields.. Holds an average of 70 classes and events per month.
