Step by Step Guide: Applicant DOES have an IBP and the Application form has an Application ID number AND a corresponding Online CodeApplicable to Distributor Applications purchased after August 23rd

Step 1 ‐ Sponsor Information

• Select Country of Residence UK 

• Enter your Sponsor's ID number.

• Enter the first 3 letters of your Sponsor's last name.

• You have already received an IBP from your Sponsor. Select "Yes“.

Step 1 ‐ Sponsor Information

• You have selected "Yes“ to having received an IBP from your Sponsor. 

• Enter your Application Identification number which you will find on the top right hand corner of your Application form in the IBP.

• Enter the Online Code which you will find under the barcode on the Application form.  This only applies to IBP’s purchased after August 23rd.

• Click "Next“.

• Note: Online Distributor registration is for UK residents only.

Step 2 – Registration 

• Complete the Distributor Application.

• Create a PIN code of your choice.

• Note: The Applicant must enter a passport number or driving licence number for ID validation. If neither of these ID’s can be validated online, follow the option to upload a copy of the ID by clicking on ‘browse’.

• If you only have one of the two ID documents and validation fails, enter a dummy ID under the 2nd ID and click “next”. Validation will fail again but you will now get the option at the bottom of the page to browse and upload a copy of your identification document.

Step 3 – Agreement

• Read the agreement.

• Select "I agree“.

• If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions please contact Distributor Services UK on 0845 056 0606.

Confirmation

• Confirmation page appears.

• You can print or save your Distributor Registration and ID Card.

Printable Documents

• Distributors can print or save to a personal computer the completed Distributor Application along with a copy of the ID card.

Confirmation Emails

• Confirmation emails are generated and sent out to the new Distributor and the Sponsor.

• Distributors will receive 2 emails:

‐Welcome email with PIN code

‐ Email with ID card and a summary of the personal  information

• Sponsor will receive 1 e‐mail:

‐ Notification of a new active Downline Distributor with the name and Herbalife ID number.

7 Day ‘Cooling Off’ Period

• Reminder: a 7 day Cooling period applies to all UK Distributors

• Your Distributorship will become fully active on the 7th day after submission of the Online Application

• During this 7 day period, you may purchase up to the value of £200 (inclusive of the cost of the IBP purchase)
