LIVINGWELL HEALTH CLUB ACCESS: All clients booked in for beauty treatments may use the full health club facilities, including gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

GIFT VOUCHERS: If paying by gift voucher, please quote your gift voucher number when booking. Gift vouchers must be produced at the time of treatment.

MEMBER DISCOUNT: LivingWell Health Club members receive a 10% discount on treatments and products. Platinum members receive 20% on treatments and products.

DEPOSITS: A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking for treatments lasting over an hour, treatment packages, or for groups of three or more persons.

CANCELLATIONS: The total deposit will be forfeited if cancellation takes place within 14 days of original treatment date booked. Treatments that are amended or cancelled within 72 hours of treatment or will incur full payment charge.
