Samson hereby warrants that all goods manufactured and sold hereunder by Seller are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from date of shipment. All claims for defective goods must be submitted to Samson in writing and must specify the defects present in the goods. All claims must be either hand-delivered to the Samson Claims Department or mailed to the following address.
