This patient willeventually have implants andbridgework to restore his dentition.However, at age 13, he has very few,oddly shaped teeth remaining in theupper arch and none in the lower arch.An upper partial denture and a lowercomplete denture will preserve hisdentition and improve his speech,mastication and self-confidence.
