Beast Right Wedge

Line – Wedge blockInside WB (BB) – Lead block – blow out first defender to show at the edge of the wedge (end’s outside hip)Middle (QB) and Outside WB (CB) – Double team first defender on the LOS outside of the TE. (double him to the outside).Beast Back – take snap, lead step and attack off the daylight hip of the IWB. (if you see them stack to the overload then hit the wedge automatically).

This is an awesome power running play. The back is taught to attack the open hip of the IWB. If the defense overloads the beast side he steps into the wedge. This gives the back a cut back that goes into the wedge.

Beast Rt Base Lt (power lt blocking scheme as well)

Line – Base Block – or Power Block.IWB – kickout to the left first defender to showMWB – drop step open pocket and take inside handoff follow IWB to daylight. First seam you see get up field and to the outside.OWB – Down block first defender to inside.

Beast – take snap cross over and step down making inside handoff and then fake to outside.
