The salty water, very warm on a nice day, Salt gets in your mouth and you won’t want to play. The Sun is there shining so bright, But without sunscreen you won’t have a good night. The beautiful fish, very colorful and relaxed Until you see a jelly fish or a shark, you’re sure to be a snack. The calm ocean can easily turn into a tsunami, And it’s crazy how water can destroy so much property. The bugs are there, mosquitos and all, They love to bite you, so they’ll have a ball. The seagulls are there to eat your bad hot dog, Don’t even try to hide it, there’s no fog. Ode to the beach and the bad things about it Many bad things at that, no doubt about it.
