BEACH FILMING – 4TH

SESSION

Hopefully, this will be one of the last bits of filming we need to complete the

music video.

Because we have plenty of footage that is not lip syncing, we need a large bulk

that is lip syncing! For the majority of the middle section of the song, we want

to have a range of shots just of Claudia. However we need to plan this precisely

because we have a limited time limit.

Planning including: Location, Props, Outfit/Make-up, Shots, Timing, Ect…

LOCATION

We want to go to the beach for this set of filming purely for the reason we wanted a

completely different setting. We think that the beach will look good, especially at

this time of year. It will be windy and this will create a more emotional effect

especially from the performance of Claudia. We want to focus mainly of lip syncing

because this is what we need a lot more of to finish our video. The waves will add

to the dramatic setting and shots. We plan to go to Southend because this is not too

far from us (roughly a 30 minute drive) therefore if need be we can go back there.

However, we hope we don’t need to do this because if the lighting changes or any

of the setting it will not fit or make sense!

OUTFITS AND MAKE UP

Claudia will be the only person in the filming. Because it is at the beach we think something baggy and flowy would be

appropriate. We don’t want any bright colours because that’s not the look of our artist is about. We are thinking a white

dress mainly because it will match with the scenery and because in all of the previous footage Claudia has been wearing

black or dark colours.

We are thinking of having hair up this time, whereas in all of the

other footage Claudia’s hair is down and straight so this will be a

change. Obviously Claudia will have her big eyelashes on because

this is a statement icon of the artist, we felt like a bit of a change

with this part of the video hence why we want Claudia to have her

hair up with it. The outfit we thinks suit the setting really well

because of the style of dress, the dress we are using is actually a

beach dress so the material will be comfortable and move with the

wind which will effective for some shots as all our other outfits

apart from the south weald one have been quite restrictive.

=2.32 – 2.37

Our shot list isn’t so detailed for this lot of

filming as we are more focusing on the lip

syncing so don’t need to plan the shots in such

detail and we also want to especially focus on just

playing around with the shots and angles when

we get to the beach and make it less structured

and organised as our last lot of filming
