• Dia. from 50 to 5000mm
• Thk. from 4 to 50mm
• Length up to 2.5 meters per
section
• ASME SA312 or GB12771
• NDE compliance (MT,UT,RT)
Our separate workshop under cover for stainless steel equipment and pipe work is around
1,500 sqm. The shop is well prepared with CNC plasma welding machine, Panasonic TIG
welding machine, CNC plasma cutting machine, drilling machine etc.
Our experience for large dimeter pipe is up t0 4300mm, which is very close to our ability
limitation 5000mm. The SS fabrication team are now running the shop with the output
around 80-120 tons per month.
We can manufacture under ASME SA312 and GB12771, with our qualified Subvendor
supplying us the material and flange as clients requirements.

Project Experience
Westgate is a 6 level, 10,605m²commercial
office building in Subiaco, Perth Western
Australia.
A striking mixture of glazed curtain walling,
glazed aluminum joinery and texture coated
precast concrete panel elements are
configured across the three facades of this
uniquely appealing architectural shape.
All steelworks are painted with specific caring
and protection package to achieve the AESS
requirement of the building
Westgate Commercial Building
Commercial
Project Experience
The project is a landmark building in CBD
Melbourne which mix retail, commercial
offices and residential apartments together.
Laser cutting for all plates and laid down on
ground as vertical portal for fabrication.
Countersunk holes were drilled to ensure the
perfect surface. The members were filled by
automotive body fillers to ensure the glossy
and compliance of AESS standard.

Project Experience
The effective use of steel in both the building’s
façade and interior reflects the industrial
nature of the center.
Large scale steel columns interlacing
throughout the building create functional
spaces. Interior features also act as a play on
the industrial aesthetic that tie the spaces
back to their overarching structural base.
The project won the Australian Institute of
Architecture Award for Sustainable
Architecture at the 2016 Northern Territory
Architecture Awards in Darwin.

Project Experience
The project is quarry facility including
conveyors, chutes, hoppers, handrail, stairs &
ladders and platforms.
To meet the increasing demand for
aggregates, Barro decided to build this new
fixed plant. Over 1300 tons of structural steel
and included 41 conveyors with a combined
length of 1.6 kilometers.
The fabrication was designed to be movable,
with bolted rather than welded assemblies.
This allowed Barro to have the plant in the
future for relocation and reconstruction.

Industry
Project Experience
The project is a redevelopment job for Toyota
Australia locates in Altona, Melbourne. Which
is a mixture of warehouse, office and factory.
Our engineering team used point cloud (site
scan file for existing building) to coordinate
with the new built structure to avoid any clash
both in 3D model and site installation.
We designed the typical clash solution and
truss to mullion connection for this job.

Project Experience
The project is a Victorian commercial
development in the heart of Melbourne’s Doc
klands and Digital Harbour Precinct.
It consists of a 40,000-square-metre, A-grade
office tower at 1000 La Trobe Street,
Docklands, we worked with Colab for the
façade and steel package.
The project quantity is around 380 tons. We
are delight to be involved into this project by
expanding our capacity into the façade
