• Shooter entered through the single point of entry location during dismissal

• Shooter wearing school uniform to blend in

• Was identified by the designated CSO who went to engage

• The shooter uncased rifle and started shooting, killing the CSO first

• Shooter did not pull fire alarm, alarm was set off from gunfire

• Confusion between the Code Red call (lockdown) and the ongoing fire alarm

• Admin made a clear declaration of a code red and students locked down

What do we Know:

• Shooter shot out glass in at least one classroom and sprayed rounds at students

inside

• Went up to 2nd floor, attempted to shoot out more glass to engage students on

ground, was unsuccessful

• Went back down to 1st floor, dropped rifle, left with other students

• SRO was onsite and near the shooter, did not engage, instead radioed location and

description
