Versatility, high productivity, reliabi-lity, ergonomic and essential design, modularity and greatest facility of use are some of the characteristi-cs that make the BE 234 electronic assembly winder a technologically advanced machine.Designed and built with high-quali-ty materials, it is capable of meeting all the user’s needs in terms both of productivity and of final product quality. The noise level remains ex-tremely low even at the highest production speeds. Both filament and staple yarns can be doubled from 2 up to max. 6 ends per heads.
The yarn path and the tensioners provided for each end guarantee the same tension from the begin-ning to the end of the assembled yarn package. Completely defect-free packages can be wound thanks to the mechanical anti-ribboning device standard.

Air–jet lycra device
The air – jet lycra device is used for interlacing staple yarn with filament yarn. Fabrics of different categories like sportswear, casual wear etc. which require extra elastic property, knitted fabric are found to be very useful. The inclusion of yarn containing elastane, further elasticises the fabric, resulting in immediate and complete construction of garments. In this way, fabric becomes perfect for some special garments such as aerobic exercise wear, cycling shorts, swimwear etc. Blending of Elastane which is also known as Lycra (Trade name of Du-Point) with cotton is a common practice in knitting so that the fabric will have the comfort of cotton and the superb elasticity of spandex.

Oiling device
Properties:- Substantial yarn snapping

Principle:lubrication is enabled by the zig-zag movement of the yarn touching the oil soaked material.
Dosage:an accurate installation ensures steady and homogeneous oil distribution on the yarn.
Application:suitable for all types of yarn (without any limitations regarding yarn count composition or colour), very high flexibility.
Installation:no changes to the machine are necessary, easy to handle equipment, no need for electricity, easily adaptable to other machines.
