CNC MILLING 3 & 4-Axis

We take great pride in our ability to producequality parts manufactured from a large range ofmaterials. From billeted materials to largecastings, forgings and fabrications, all aremachined on our quality range of millingmachine configurations, including fullyintegrated 4th axis machining.

High volume production parts are machined costeffectively on our Mazak FJV-25 Twin Palletmachine reducing machining down time duringthe inspection and parts loading process.

FABRICATION

Our fully equipped fabrication section gives ourcustomers further reason to select BDGT astheir one stop supplier. Lead times are reducedand savings are generated with the ability tofabricate and finish machine small and largefabrications in house. We can organise alltreatments, coatings, testing and assemblies.

Description: Manufacture glass bottle mould hanger tooling to meet customers non standard machine setup requirements. A key segment of the equipment had to be machined form solid steel with welded platesto create the appropriate cavities that are formed through a casting process in the original OEM equipment.This project had very strict time lines to meet start up production schedules taking into account shippingtime to Jakarta, Indonesia.

Description: WBM BMT is a global engineering consulting company heavily involved in facilitation better outcomes withloading / unloading of coal. BDGT has been engaged as the primary manufacturing contractor for Coal Dumping Station Wagon Vibrator Units, WagonVibrator spares and associated equipment for the past 5 years.BDGT facilitated the fabrication, heat treatment, machining, surface treatments and assembly of the mechanical side of theproject.This is an ongoing project.
