BDF conference at the 5th National Congress on Food
Science and Technology in Costa Rica
The Technical Department of BDF held a conference about the opportunities to
innovate with transglutaminase enzyme in the food sector.
From 31st of March to 2nd of April, took place the XVIII Latin American Seminar and V
National Congress of Science and Technology of Food, Science and Innovation in
San Jose (Costa Rica).
The technical team of BDF Natural Ingredients participated in the congress presenting a
conference entitled "Transglutaminase: Opportunities for Innovation in the Food
Industry." The presentation was centered on the use and benefits of transglutaminase in
the food industry using BDF's globally-renowned technology and know-how.
From BDF Natural Ingredients we would like to thank for the invitation, we are glad to
